We are excited to announce job opportunities at our Bromsgrove dealership, representing two of the most iconic motorcycle brands – Triumph and Suzuki.

As a family-run business with over 40 years serving riders across the Midlands, we pride ourselves on delivering the complete motorcycling experience – from new and used bike sales, to servicing, repairs, clothing, and accessories.

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE AND SKILLED INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR TRIUMPH & SUZUKI TEAM IN THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

MOTORCYCLE SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
  • Maximise profitability across bikes, clothing, accessories, finance, and insurance.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from first enquiry to after-sales follow-up.
  • Promote and upsell clothing, accessories, and additional products.
  • Maintain the highest standards of showroom presentation and customer experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent business acumen and preferably FCA-authorised.
  • Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for motorcycles.
  • Full motorcycle and car licence required.

MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards for both Triumph & Suzuki models.
  • Diagnose faults quickly and accurately.
  • Prepare motorcycles for sale, including PDI inspections.
  • Work efficiently to meet workshop deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technical developments for both brands.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified motorcycle technician with relevant workshop experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern motorcycle systems and diagnostics.
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full motorcycle and car licences are required.
